Oven-Baked Cod

Ingredients
  • 12 oz Cod
  • 4 tsp Lemon juice
  • pinch Salt and pepper

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Wash and dry the fish. Add lemon juice with pinch of salt and pepper to cod. Bake for 15 minutes, until fish is flaky.
Recipe Notes

A delicious flaky fish. Serve with Garlic Sautéed Vegetables and 1/3 cup of brown rice per person.

To achieve 2-3 CHO servings, serve with 1/3 cup of brown rice. Tired of rice? Switch the brown rice with cooked farro or barley!
