Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Wash and dry the fish. Add lemon juice with pinch of salt and pepper to cod. Bake for 15 minutes, until fish is flaky.
Recipe Notes
A delicious flaky fish. Serve with Garlic Sautéed Vegetables and 1/3 cup of brown rice per person.
To achieve 2-3 CHO servings, serve with 1/3 cup of brown rice. Tired of rice? Switch the brown rice with cooked farro or barley!
