Oven-Roasted Chicken
Ingredients
  • 1/2cup Onionschopped
  • 2tsp Vegetable oil
  • 3-1/2cup Cooked skinless chicken breastdiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450.
  2. In a large bowl add oil, chopped onions, and chicken. Mix.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature is at 170. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pair with Roasted Vegetables and Spanish Rice for a healthy plate.
