Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts
  • 1-1/3 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder, salt, pepper

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts
  • 1-1/3 cup Cherry tomatoes

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Cut Brussels Sprouts in half.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the Brussels Sprouts, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread on a baking pan.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, stir, and bake for another 10 minutes.
