Garlic Sautéed Vegetables
Ingredients
  • 2tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 3cloves Garlic
  • 1 Medium green zucchini
  • 1 Medium yellow zucchini
  • 1 Medium red bell pepper
  • 1 Medium yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Shallot
  • Pinch of saltpepper, paprika (optional)
Instructions
  1. Finely mince the garlic cloves. Cut zucchinis in half and then into 2-inch pieces. Cut red and yellow bell peppers in chunks. Slice shallot.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and allow to heat for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes (until tender).
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika (optional).
