Spanish Rice

Low-sodium tomato sauce

Instructions
Bring water to a boil then reduce heat to low simmer. Add brown rice. Cover and cook for 35 minutes or until tender.
In a large skillet, sauté onions and peppers in 2 tsp oil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add tomato sauce and spices. Heat through.
Add cooked rice. Heat through.
Option: Combine with
oven-roasted chicken
. Heat through.
