- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp spicy seasoning salt-free

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray cooking oil in a casserole dish.
- Wash and dry the fish. Place in dish.
- In a small bowl, mix oil and seasoning and then drizzle over fish.
- Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. Cut into 4 pieces.
- Serve with the Scallion Rice and Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
