Spicy Baked Fish

Salmon

Olive oil

spicy seasoning
salt-free
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray cooking oil in a casserole dish.
Wash and dry the fish. Place in dish.
In a small bowl, mix oil and seasoning and then drizzle over fish.
Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. Cut into 4 pieces.
Serve with the Scallion Rice and Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
