Spicy Baked Fish
Ingredients
  • 1pound Salmon
  • 1tbsp Olive oil
  • 1tsp spicy seasoningsalt-free
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray cooking oil in a casserole dish.
  3. Wash and dry the fish. Place in dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix oil and seasoning and then drizzle over fish.
  5. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. Cut into 4 pieces.
  6. Serve with the Scallion Rice and Roasted Brussels Sprouts.

Recommendation for a Healthy Plate: serve with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Scallion Rice.
